Three students from The College of Piping were recently recognized for their outstanding achievements at the ACPBA (Atlantic Canada Pipe Band Association) “Champion Supreme” awards ceremony in Truro, Nova Scotia! As part of their AGM, the ACPBA recognized individuals and pipe bands that accumulated the most points based on competition placings throughout the Maritimes in 2008.  Students receiving awards included Sam Ramsay, Grade I Drumming; Calvin Gallant, Grade II Drumming; and Sarah Simpson, Grade IV Piping.  Gallant also accepted the award for Grade III Pipe Band, on behalf of The College of Piping.
