 The College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts of Canada has been promoting and preserving Celtic culture and heritage on Prince Edward Island by offering instruction in traditional Celtic disciplines since 1990. Programs provide a unique opportunity for personal growth and serve as a unique training ground for aspiring performers. College faculty, students and guest artists collaborate to produce an atmosphere that is representative of our vibrant Celtic culture. World-class facilities and instruction, as well as an excellent track record for first-class entertainment, position The College as a leader in festival and event promotion in Eastern Canada.
The College of Piping has many possibilities for entertainment ranging from a solo piper to a full cast of performers. Our pipers have “piped-in” head table guests, piped many a bride up the aisle of a church and played at many other important occasions. The College of Piping pipe bands and dance companies have performed in many national and international competitions, parades, and a range of social functions. Many of our students have performed internationally, and for politicians and royalty alike.
